We have a 14-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 14 days of receiving the item.

Returns must meet certain conditions: your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

If we accept your return, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send the package. We do not accept items that are returned without a prior return request.

Damage and Issues


Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the items are defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.

Exchanges


The fastest way to get the item you want is to return it and purchase a new one once the return is accepted.


EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period


Despite the aforementioned provisions, if the goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the goods within 14 days for any reason. Refunds


We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your returned items to inform you whether your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and post the refund.
