MUSANFIGO combines three elements: MUSA (Muse, source of inspiration), N (a bridge connecting East and West), and FIGO (fig, an ancient symbol of abundance and craftsmanship). Together, it means "Where inspiration meets craftsmanship" — a tribute to three generations of watchmaking heritage.
Q2: Where are MUSANFIGO watches made?
Every MUSANFIGO watch is designed and crafted in our own factory in Shenzhen, Guangdong, China. We take pride in "Made in China" — because only China offers the perfect balance of advanced craftsmanship and exceptional value.
Q3: Who is behind MUSANFIGO?
MUSANFIGO was founded by Jiang Hongping, the third generation of a watchmaking family. His grandfather was a self-taught watchmaker in rural Sichuan in the 1960s. His father spent 30+ years in Shenzhen's watch industry, exporting movements to Europe and the US. Today, two generations work together to bring you affordable, beautifully designed mechanical watches.

Q4: What type of movement does your watch use?
All MUSANFIGO watches use a fully automatic mechanical movement. No battery is required — the watch is powered by the natural motion of your wrist. If you wear it for more than 8 hours a day, it will never need manual winding.
Q5: Is the watch waterproof? Can I swim with it?
Yes, every MUSANFIGO watch is 30m water resistant. It can handle splashes, rain, and even swimming. However, we do not recommend diving, hot showers, or pressing buttons underwater.
Q6: What is the case and strap made of?
Case: Stainless steel, barrel-shaped or square design
Strap: Soft, durable silicone — comfortable for all-day wear

Q7: What is the price range of MUSANFIGO watches?
Our watches are priced between $99 and $199 USD. We believe that premium design and mechanical craftsmanship should be accessible — not reserved for luxury prices.
Q8: Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, every watch comes in a premium gift box — perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, or special occasions. You can also add a dedicated gift box and message at checkout.

We ship worldwide, with primary focus on the United States, European Union, and China.
Q10: How long does shipping take?
Estimated delivery times:
- United States / Germany / UK: 3–7 business days
- Other EU countries: 8–15 business days

Q11: Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Free shipping to the US, Germany, and the UK on orders over $99. For orders under $99 or other regions, shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Q12: Will I have to pay customs fees or import taxes?
Customs policies vary by country. Any import duties, VAT, or taxes are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.

Returns & Warranty

Q13: What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day easy return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your watch, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. The watch must be unworn and in its original packaging.
Q14: How do I start a return?
Simply email us at musanfigo@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions within 1–2 business days.
Q15: What is your warranty?
Every MUSANFIGO watch comes with a 2-year warranty covering any manufacturing defects in the movement or case. Damage caused by accidents, misuse, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
Q16: What if my watch arrives damaged?
If your watch arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will send you a replacement or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.

Q17: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are processed securely.
Q18: How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Q19: Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us within 1 hour of placing it. After that, your order may have already entered the shipping process.

Q20: How do I care for my automatic watch?
- Wear it regularly to keep the movement running
- Avoid exposure to strong magnetic fields (speakers, MRI machines)
- Clean the case and strap with a soft, dry cloth
- Have it professionally serviced every 3–5 years
Q21: How accurate is an automatic mechanical watch?
Automatic mechanical watches are accurate within -20 to +40 seconds per day — well within industry standards. They are not as precise as quartz watches, but they offer the beauty and soul of traditional watchmaking.
Q22: What if my watch stops working?
First, try wearing it for a full day to let the automatic movement recharge. If it still doesn't work, email us at musanfigo@outlook.com — we will help diagnose the issue and process a warranty claim if needed.

How to Use

Q23: How do I use my automatic watch?

Using an automatic mechanical watch is simple. Remember these three steps:

  1. First-time wearing / after the watch stops: Manually turn the crown (the small knob on the side) clockwise for 30 full rotations to give the movement enough power.
  2. Daily wear: Wear the watch for at least 8 hours a day. The natural motion of your wrist will keep it running — no manual winding needed.
  3. If not worn for a while: If you don't wear the watch for more than 2 days, it will stop. When you want to wear it again, simply follow step 1 and wind it 30 times.

💡 Pro tip: Automatic mechanical watches don't have batteries. They are powered by your wrist. Wear it for 8+ hours a day, and it will keep accurate time without any effort.
